CCI acquired this 3-acre industrial site in Calgary, Alberta. The property is a brownfield site with a variety of contaminants including metals in soils which resulted from historical industrial activities. CCI has completed building demolition and is risk managing the site in its interim use as outside storage. The site will eventually be redeveloped for industrial uses subject to user demand.
